Frame measurements refer to individual points on the measured sample, not uniform wall thickness. Final section specifications are confirmed for the selected configuration.

Enquire About This Range
01Substantial aluminum profiles

The main frame sample measured 4.51 mm at its thickest measured point (approximately 4.5 mm); another key cross-section measured 5.43 mm. Louver wall thickness is specified at 1.4 mm. Enlarged profiles and reinforced column connections form the heavy-duty structure. Wind and load capacity depend on span, configuration and anchoring.

02Integrated rainwater management

A dedicated upper main gutter, raised outer frame and drainage through the posts work together to channel rainwater. The design addresses gutter overflow, backflow and seepage at joints through coordinated collection, sealing and drainage. Performance depends on rainfall, installation and clear outlets.

03Enlarged sealing strips

Enlarged, thickened sealing strips improve contact when the louvers close. Seal selection considers long-term outdoor exposure, aging and deformation, alongside the profile and closure geometry.

04Protected pivots and connectors

Aluminum pivot components support louver movement, with an additional protective treatment on connecting brackets. Stainless steel hardware is available at key connections. For coastal or highly corrosive locations, specify the hardware grade, finish and maintenance plan for the site.

05Third-generation refinement

This third-generation design focuses on profile thickness, structural connections, drainage and finishing details. Material selection and construction details remain central to the product specification.

06Finishes and concealed lighting

Powder-coated and anodized finish options are supported by dedicated surface-treatment production. Wood-grain transfer options include brown and dark wood tones. Integrated LED strip recesses and concealed wiring channels allow ambient lighting to be specified; lighting equipment and final finishes are selected per project.

PUBLIC-REVIEW RESEARCH

The recurring risks are often at the interfaces.

A JENEM review of 57 traceable negative or mixed public cases across 14 channels found recurring signals around missing or incorrect parts, after-sales replacement, transport damage, installation clarity and rain management. The sample was intentionally problem-focused and does not represent a market failure rate.
